Our 2025 First Flush Green Tea comes in a tea box and consists of pre-Qingming teas of the special grade.
Each tea is 15g, and we have carefully curated a selection of 3 teas from different regions of China.
One of these is the renowned Shifeng Long Jing, also known as the "Panama Gesha of Teas," which is harvested from the top tea production area of Shifeng.
Another tea in our menu is the Anji Bai Cha, which faced production challenges this year due to severe weather, resulting in smaller and more delicate leaves with high fresh notes and sweet umami flavors.
Lastly, we have the Enshi Yu Lu, a steam processed tea with a bountiful harvest and umami notes that pair well with sweet snacks.
Green teas are often misunderstood as they are heavily terroir-driven, which makes it more difficult to understand and appreciate. Our 2025 selection showcases the impact of both terroir and skilled craftsmanship. Harvested early before Qingming, they are indeed teas to be carefully savoured.
