Local Singapore roaster wins prestigious coffee medal

Local roaster Parchmen & Co Pte Ltd is celebrating after winning a silver medal at the 2017 Australian International Coffee Awards (AICA) for their DY/DX Espresso Blend

 

This is the first time the roaster has entered this prestigious competition.

The AICA, conducted by The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, is Australia’s first and only international coffee awards rewarding and recognising excellence.

The awards gives producers the opportunity to benchmark their produce against industry standards; seek advice from an independent panel of experts; and to promote and market award-winning products using the AICA seal of quality.
