2025 Pre-Qingming Harvest Lion's Peak Long Jing 翁家山狮峰龙井

Lion's Peak Longjing is a top green tea in China and is flattened by hand frying on pan. It is an emperor's tea during the last Chinese dynasty. Laden with sweetness and umami, it has a profile of soy bean, jasmine flowers and chicken broth.

The beginning of harvest of Long Jing started on 18th March 2022, as the temperatures reached optimum levels and weather is great for harvesting.

This year's Long Jing harvest for Long Jing seems to be of better quality. We are glad to be working with the Weng Family for this year's harvest of Long Jing, and we've been grateful for the exceptional quality of Long Jing that they have produced the past few years.
