An espresso blend since 2022, we continue the usual style of sweet clean coffee on a balanced profile. Last year, we included in our blend two unwashed coffee, producing wilder, funkier and more surprising flavour notes. This year, we blended our new coffees in a similar proportion using two washed coffees and produce a comforting and fruity cup. Although there are two washed coffees within, the acidity is mild and soft, making it suitable as both a morning coffee and as a night drink.

At this junction, we have maintained our Parchmen roast style - balanced and harmonious without burning acidity or bitterness.

All coffees will be in whole beans. If you require the coffees to be ground, please inform us in the order notes whether you wish it to be: espresso, moka, filter or cold brew.

Being our base blend, we have specially made 12g drip bags for it, available in boxes of 5 or 10. To brew, use 200g of 95°C water to brew in one continuous pour. The roast date is on each drip bag and can last up to 3 months.
